posted by: jxbrown on 12.16.2005 at 12:45 pm in Appliances Forum Last night I made cauliflower soup which is finished with a little sour cream. I left it on the "warm" mode until my husband came home and it was perfect. Try that on a conventional cooktop without curdling!
