I'm going to look at some white granites but researching online I just haven't seen anything muted or "quiet" enough.

I have also looked at a large sample of the Zodiaq Okite Bianco Carrara and didn't like it.

But I'm starting to think that the Ceasarstone Mystic Carrara would be a good choice. You can see a photo comparing these 2 products in my orignal post.

Finally, I saw a kitchen on GW that used Pionite in a marble look a like laminate. It looked nice but I'm timid b/c its laminate! I've only seen that one kitchen's pics. Most/all the kitchens in my neighborhood have granite or upgrades of granite. Do you think the laminate is too "cheap" looking/feeling?

I welcome ALL opinions. I think I'm on "building house" overload trying to make decisions! Plus all the other "life goes on issues w/family, work, etc".....Thanks for your help!
