Sissyz, not really a recipe, more of an outline. I browned the chicken, seasoned with salt, pepper and lots of oregano. Added a whole head of garlic cloves, tossed in some kalamata olives, the juice of two lemons, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, covered and into a 400 ° F oven for about 20 minutes.

I parboiled the potatoes before tossing them in with the chicken and roasting with the lid off for another 20 minutes or so until the potatoes were tender.
