Range..........Wolf (Still have the best infrared ceramic char-broiler on the market and in 15 years of use with 2 different ranges have not suffered a failure yet.)
Hood...........Custom built by reputable and known restaurant company. You will get more value, better performance and it will be designed for you situation.
Coffee / Espresso Nespresso
Ref............Whirpool (spending more than $1200 for a refrigerator is not worth it, save your money and get a:
2nd Ref (large capacity, double door or larger).Hoshizaki or True
Dishwasher.....Whirlpool (spending more than $500 for a DW is insane, they all clean about the same, my whirlpool were quieter than the Bosch they replaced, better racking, better cleaning and drying and at 1/3 of the price. IMHO save your money and buy two low end, if you do much entertaining you will thank me.)
Micro..........GE or Panasonic countertop
Washer Dryer...LG
Wine / Bev..... Avanti, however small units arent really worth anything because they hold too little. Vinotheque for larger unit or custom cellar.
Under counter Ice MachineWhirlpool Gold (I own two and have burned out almost every make and model on the market in 2 years or less, one whirlpool has been going for 7 years and the other replaced a U Line 4 years ago that busted in 1 years)
Wall Oven electricGE just used the new profile series, one of the nicest ovens I have used.
Wall oven GasAmerican Range bluestars look nice, but havent used them.
