'Designer' Shower
posted by: thorndncr on 04.17.2007 at 10:18 pm in Garden Junk Forum Just saw this image on a New York Times slideshow, linked off the multimedia show entitled "Currents" (Home & Garden section). It proves that I've become obsessed with these forums since joining only a month ago -- the first thought I had was "Someone could MAKE this! The Garden people need to see it!" Of course, the German designer version goes for $2,600 US, according to the caption, but I might begin collecting pipes. :)

glass birdbath for '07
posted by: kudzukween on 04.17.2007 at 11:58 am in Garden Junk Forum I cleaned it up,and put colored glass marbles in the bottom,fresh water,now just waiting for birds to notice. They seem to like the mud puddles at the end of the driveway better,though!
