I had originally been planning on going w/ ORB also, but ended up going with SS (Delta fixture). I too had a hard time finding an ORB that I liked in the style I was looking for and thought the SS would tie in with the appliances.

Ask them what method they use to measure. Laser, Tape measure,
Template. If they use tape measure waive them off. Ask about seam, where and why. How much for cut outs,sink and stove top...
