I shoot commercials for a living, and recently, I was looking for a house with a gorgeous, modern but timeless kitchen. We looked through photos of probably 150 houses in Pasadena -- easily $1 million and more -- and I'd say 140 of them had white kitchens with cup pulls. It was bizarre, to say the least, but each one was more stunning than the next. Imagine this place with lots of original woodwork, and I think it's pretty obvious... ain't nothing detracting from the home value there!
