What you need

Whole Strawberries
Philadelphia Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake filling
Good Quality Dipping Chocolate

Carefully wash strawberries and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the stems from the berries.
Using a small paring knife, core the center of each berry being careful to leave the bottom in tact.
Fill a plastic baggie with the cheesecake filling.
Fill each berry with cheesecake continuing on top of berry with a pretty design.

Line a small baking sheet with wax paper

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dipping chocolate at 30-second intervals until chocolate is smooth and creamy.
Dip each strawberry into chocolate, covering 3/4 of the berry.
Lay on baking sheet.
Fill a second plastic baggie with chocolate and drizzle over the berries in a pretty design.
Chill. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Store in a sealed plastic container in the refrigerator.

RE: How To Insert A Pic? (Follow-Up #5)

posted by: sue_ct on 09.11.2007 at 03:52 am in Kitchens Forum

1. Open a free account with photobucket or other photo hosting site.
2. Using Photobucket as an example, go to "My album" in photobucket, click on one of the boxes labeled "browse" (there are 3) at the top of the page. This will cause a box to open that says "file upload". This is where you locate your photo on your computer. Can't help you with that unless you tell us what type of software you have on your computer. But find your photo, click on it then click "open". You will be back in photobucket,
3. now click the box that says "upload" and it will tell you when the photo has completed being copied to photobucket and then you will be able to see the photo in a little box in Photobucket. Every time you go to photobucket and click on "My Album" the same photo will be there.
4. Under the photo in photobucket are three lines that say "EMAIL", "Direct Link", "HTML Tag", and "IMG Code". Next to the phrase "HTML Tag" is a box. click on that box and copy what is inside it by highlighting it. If you don't know how to copy and paste let us know, as well as what you have for widows, (Widows 98, Windows XP, etc) and we can help you with that also.
5. Now you ar ready to put the photo in a post here. Come to the forum and write your message like you usually do. When you come to the part where you want to insert your photo, enter to start on a new line, then paste by right clicking on that spot where you want the photo and highlighting "paste" or click on that spot and then click on "file" at the top of the page and then "paste".
6. Finish you post if you want to write more.
7. Hit "Preview Message" and your message should appear with the photo in it. If it doesn't, go back and try again to see what you might have missed or done wrong. If you don't see the photo when you hit "Preview Message", it won't show up in your post and we won't see it, either.

Hope this helps.

We have a really great plumber. His company is Gaske Plumbing, and he is the father of my kids' classmates. He helped us out in a pinch (he's the owner) and both DH and I think his price was more than fair. Plus he was very respectful of our home and he's very polite. Not sure if he'll travel to VA, but it's worth a try. Here's his info (sorry, I can't remember his first name, but if you tell him you heard about him from another parent at Peter Pan, he'll be more accomodating).
