Dreamline has attempted to replace this mattress at no charge; however under the warranty, the customer must return the mattress to the nearest dealer for the exchange, which they were unwilling to do.


I assume Stephen Tipton at Dreamline has something to back up his statement. On the countless times I have spoken to the store or Dreamline customer service, not once have I been told a mattress replacement is en route.The store has my home phone that has an answering machine and my cell number which also shows missed calls and voice messaging. So how are we "unwilling"?
