Plastic Canvas Teddy Bear Paper doll . . . .

I have been searching, for a long time for a replacement pattern ! I believe it is a "Needlecraft Ala Mode Craft" or "American School of Needlework" leaflet. It folded out 3 ways to lay flat. A Teddy Bear Paper Doll made from 7 count plastic canvas. I had a bad water leak and had many patterns dmamaged and destroyed. This was one of them.
I made many of these paper doll years ago when my daughters were young. Everybody loved these little guys. Now my 7 year old grand-daughter has seen my nephews and wants me to make her one. I can not find this pattern any where. Help ! If anyone knows where I can look, Or If any one has a copy I would love to hear from you. It would be such a wonderful surprise if I could make this for her.
This little guy had a raincoat, a pair of PJ's, a play outfit, and a couple of other outfits I can quite remember. Please help me. Thank you. E-mail me at
