a great dill chicken recipe

posted by: als_garden on 02.10.2007 at 01:30 am in Cooking Outdoors Forum

I use unbreaded chicken breasts in this recipe. I make it in a dutch oven over a open fire with good coals.
8to 10 chicken breasts
large can cream of chicken soup (campbells)
small can cream of celery soup (campbells)
diced green peppers cut into strips
oregano to taste/ dill seed to taste aprox 1/4 teaspoon
I grill the chicken in a frying pan slightly brownin them. then put the soups and peppers and spices mixed well into the dutch oven and lay the chickenbreast onto this and simmer for 20 minutes after hot. them lightly mix the breasts around and sprinkle with more dill seasoning untill the top of the soupmix is slight green color then let them simmer another 20 or 30 minutes and serve piping hot with a baked potato or on a toasted kaiser bun. this is so yummy and they come back for more.

HAVE: Lots of Veggies for sasbe

posted by: hthigbie on 03.07.2007 at 04:05 pm in Seed Exchange Forum

Hello and happy gardening to you all.

Please check out my list. I most move these. I used to have a greenhouse and had to sell. Most of this seed is 2004/2005 and has been stored in a freezer. I have had good germination rates out of it. But I don't want it to go to waste. Let me know what you'd like and for a sasbe I'll mail it to you. I will be as generous as I can with the amount of seeds I send you. Most of the tomatoes and a few peppers, I only have a few seeds, but I'll send you what I've got. If anyone has oriental vegies and would like to share, I'd love to have some.

I will send you my address and instructions.

Please don't reply to this after 10 people have signed up. I will have more later. I just need to stay organized.
