Pinch Pleated Drapery Panels
posted by: parkhouse on 08.18.2011 at 11:32 am in Home Decorating Forum I am making 5 very long drapery panels for a 133" wide window wall. Since I feel they should be more than decorative, I want them to close. Everything is sewn except the pleats. I'll be doing them the old fashioned way with bucrum. Should I have an uneven number of pleats per panel? Five versus four?? I'm thinking 5 but want to make sure. This is a lot of work! Thanks
