Capital Culinarian problems

| Hi-has anyone else here had problems with their Culinarian and the service to repair it? I have a 36" Capital Culinarian that is rusting out-the oven door is filled with rust, it is also the most uneven cooking stove I have ever had-it is really terrible.
I have called and emailed the company, but other than some vague assurances, I have heard nothing and nobody has gotten back to me at all after I explained the problem and sent images of the rust, after weeks. Anybody else have any issues? The burners are decent, but the stove is ridiculously bad. This is the second problem I have had with this stove-the first one was poor heat control, and I have only had it since November. |

Supposed to be in production in May right? May long gone...June almonst long gone, what's the scoop?
I sent an email to capital with no response. Seems like maybe they ran into production issues or just plain ran out of money, as it's not even listed on their website.
A mistake perhaps? |

CC owners are you happy with your oven's performance?
I finally decided to purchase a 36 inch self cleaning CC with a grill and was happy I finally made the decision. Then I started reading about recent CC oven issues and went back and read old threads about CC's ovens. I am concerned about "hot spots" described in some posts. Is this an issue for most people? DOES THIS OVEN ROAST/BAKE EVENLY? How long does it take the oven to come to temperature? Does it cook evenly without convection?

This would be offered as a retrofit kit to current owners. Expected availability is 4-6 weeks from today, so that puts it around end of July 2012. ''
