Ann's Oatmeal Cookie Recipe is the BEST!!
posted by: trudymom on 02.05.2012 at 04:34 pm in Cooking Forum I hadn't planned a dessert for today's game, so I decided on oatmeal cookies. I googled "Best Oatmeal Cookie" and since I am a visual person, I went under "images." I clicked on the one that looked the best, and whose do you think it was??--yes, Ann's! So I made them and they are awesome!!! That addition of sugar on top is soooo good!! Thank you Ann for making us better cooks and bakers.

RE: Ever get on a 'kick'? (Follow-Up #19)
posted by: jasdip on 02.03.2012 at 03:24 pm in Cooking Forum Jessica here is the pancake recipe. If I make the full recipe, I freeze the ones we can't eat, otherwise I just cut it in half for the two of us.
Sour Cream Pancakes 2 tbsp butter Microwave 2 tbsp butter until melted. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center. In a medium bowl whisk eggs with milk, sour cream, melted butter and vanilla. Pour into flour and stir just until mixed. Immediately melt 1 tsp butter in large frying pan or griddle. Use 1/4 cup measure for each pancake. NOTES: <none>
